Grove is a food discovery app that helps you find restaurants using AI-powered search, community signals, and your personal preferences. By using Grove, you agree to these terms.

You need an account to save places, follow friends, and use personalised features. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. One account per person — don't share accounts or create fake ones.

We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abuse, or are inactive for more than 12 months.

When using Grove, please don't:

• Scrape, crawl, or bulk-download data from our platform
• Use the service to spam, harass, or impersonate others
• Attempt to bypass authentication or access other users' data
• Use Grove for any illegal purpose
• Reverse-engineer our API or AI systems

When you save places, write notes, create tags, or share restaurants, that content is yours. You grant Grove a license to store, display, and share it with other users as part of the service (for example, when you share a place with a friend or your activity appears in a follower's feed).

Don't post content that's illegal, abusive, or infringes on someone else's rights.

Grove uses artificial intelligence to parse your searches, rank restaurants, and blend group preferences. AI results are generated — they may not always be perfect.

We do our best to provide accurate, helpful recommendations, but Grove is a discovery tool, not a guarantee. Restaurant details (hours, menu, prices) can change without notice.

Important: Grove displays dietary tags (Halal, Vegetarian, Vegan, etc.) based on data from Google Maps, community signals, and restaurant listings. This information may be incomplete or outdated. Always verify dietary requirements directly with the restaurant before ordering. Grove is not liable for allergic reactions or dietary violations resulting from inaccurate data.

Grove recommends restaurants based on data from multiple sources including Google Maps, Reddit, food blogs, and AI analysis. We don't guarantee the quality, safety, or accuracy of any restaurant information. Dining decisions are your own.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for any restaurant that appears in our results.

Grove is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We're not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to: bad dining experiences, incorrect restaurant information, food allergies, or service outages.

All content, features, functionality, design, branding, algorithms, and technology of Grove are owned by Grove and protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, and trade secret laws.

The Grove name, logo, "Plant in My Grove", "Tea Party", "Neighbours", the seed-to-sprout interaction, the bloom loading animation, and all other Grove branding are trademarks of Grove.

• Users may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of Grove's services, technology, or design without explicit written permission.
• Users may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of Grove.
• Any unauthorized use of Grove's intellectual property will be pursued to the fullest extent of the law.

Content you create (saved places, ratings, notes, tags) remains yours, but you grant Grove a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute this content within the Grove platform.

• You may not use Grove to build or train competing products or services.
• Systematic scraping, data mining, or automated collection of Grove's data or content is strictly prohibited.

Grove's recommendation algorithms, AI prompts, data sources, and proprietary ranking systems are confidential trade secrets.

Beta testers and early users agree not to share details about Grove's internal technology, algorithms, or unreleased features without permission.

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make major changes, we'll notify you in the app. Continuing to use Grove after changes means you accept the updated terms.
